Tansy Mattress – Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
Tansy Mattress operates under the domain https://tansy.qa, providing premium mattresses and related bedding products across Qatar. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Delivery Policy
Delivery Fees: Delivery within Qatar is free for orders above QAR 500. Orders below this amount incur a QAR 30 fee. Delivery Options: Standard (free or low-cost) and Scheduled Delivery (with chosen time window). Average Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from confirmation. Exact Delivery Time: Communicated by email or phone once the order is processed. Failed Deliveries: If not received, Tansy reserves the right to reschedule and may charge an additional fee.
3. Payment Terms
Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank transfer. Credit Card Refunds: Processed back to the same card within 7–14 business days depending on your bank. Tansy.qa does not store your full card details.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no cost, provided they have not been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible; customers must follow the return process. If Tansy cancels an order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud, a full refund is issued within 7–10 business days.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Products may be returned/exchanged within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Non-returnable Items: Used/unsealed mattresses, custom-made items, clearance items. Process: Contact info@tansy.qa with order details. Pickup and inspection arranged before refund/exchange. Refunds: Cash refunds in 5–7 days; card refunds in 7–14 days.
6. Damages and Defects Policy
Inspect products upon delivery. Report any defects within 48 hours or within 7 days post-delivery (with proof). If confirmed, a free replacement or full refund is provided. Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs is excluded.
7. Warranty Policy
Tansy Mattresses carry a 10-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects and sagging over 1.5 inches. Excludes normal wear, misuse, or stains. Warranty claims require invoice and proof of issue. Contact info@tansy.qa for assistance. Approved claims are repaired, replaced, or refunded.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tansy.qa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
